Unlocking, Image Change, Description Change Added

Changed a lot recently. I've been toying with the idea of unlocking the options later in the game. For instance, you get to a certain point in the game that will unlock a side story that's accessible via the main menu. That's now an option. Additionally, you can change the descriptions and images of the options via Plugin Commands now. This should be the last update for this plugin for a while. Hope you guys enjoy.
